About Melinda Swager

A native of the Tidewater area, I am active in the community and very familiar with our area's real estate market. I grew up in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake and lived in Virginia Beach for the past twenty years. I currently live at Virginia Beach's oceanfront. I received my Bachelor's Degree from James Madison University and Master's Degree from Old Dominion University, both in psychology. Equipped with expertise gained during my career as a counselor and also a program administrator in juvenile justice, I bring advocacy and negotiating skills to ensure my real estate clients' needs are met.
